As a Commercial Excellence Representative, play a key role to manage and sustain the effective process and tool such as SFA/CRM, BI, Marketing Automation and others in commercial organization.


  • Work as Japan representative, in cooperation with local IT, collects necessary information, organize the stakeholders, and discuss with headquarter for the system development and Kaizen.
  • Develop, deliver, and drive the effective processes with SFA/CRM in order to achieve the cross-organizational optimization.
  • Responsible to drive the visualization or analytics in organization and support problem solving with using BI tool (Domo).
  • Support corporate communications team in Business Planning / Sales Enablement, with using digital channel or new digital tools and developing promotion tool in order to enhance both internal and external branding activity.


  • TOEIC 700+ Score
  • Experience of administrator or relevant role for SFA/CRM
  • Process development, improvement or delivery of new system
  • Ability to use BI tools
  • Marketing automation or Digital channel Experience
  • Illustrator/Photoshop
