An interesting challenge in the food industry as an R&D - Technologist. This vacancy is 40 hours per week. I am looking for someone who can start immediately and the contract will initially run until August 2019, in the vicinity of Utrecht.

Role description:

Key role within a small, agile, flexible R&D team working with external & internal partners. Focused on delivery & implementation

Main responsibilities:

  • NPD for Liquid products
  • Delivery of key/strategic liquid projects on time to budget & brief
  • Project managing internally & at 3rd Party with a "right first time" approach

Key performance indicators

  • Liquid NPD and execution
  • Managing the R&D 3PS
  • Building effective internal & external networks & working relations
  • Ensuring top quality project management,
  • Implementing a "right first time" environment
  • Delivering projects on time & to budget
  • Securing the fundamentals of Quality and Nutritional compliance

  • Some team/personnel management experience desirable
  • Minimal 3 years NPD/Food Technology/Food Processing experience,
  • Specific experience of liquid milk/dairy science/dairy technology is required
