As the Business Development Lead you will drive the client acquisition strategy within the Surgical and Acute Care field. In this role you will be measured personal sales targets and will be responsible for developing the market strategy.
You will be required to initiate and develop new clients, manage existing accounts and negotiate contracts. Additional key responsibilities in this position are as follows:
- Build the market awareness of Organisation's service capabilities across the region
- Identify potential new clients and sales opportunities, alongside the technical teams to ensure maximization of sales conversion
To be qualified in this role, you will have demonstrated a strong track-record of developing business and senior account relationships in APAC, prior experience in Japan is a huge advantage. You must have professional work experiences in medical devices, ideally having exposure with surgical products.
