Sales Manager

My client is looking to fill the position of a Sales Manager responsible for their Singapore operations for a specific business unit. You are expected to manage, develop, retain and grow the commercial Sales team in alignment to company's goal & direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set business goals alongside wider business leadership team to ensure Singapore fits into the wider business objectives over next years
  • Shape and implement commercial strategies to suit the therapy areas covered across Singapore
  • Manage, develop, retain, motivate and grow the commercial Sales team
  • Responsible for planning, implementing & directing sales activities of the portfolio to ensure achievement of annual sales projection
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of KOL's

Key Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of commercial management experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • People management and development ability is a must
  • Ability to drive the P&L accurately and in line with high expectations of business
  • Blend of both sales and and people management skills are essential
